Company Overview
Building Systems & Services is a Maldives-based company providing integrated delivery across multiple disciplines. We are importers and dealers of construction materials, consultants and contractors for lightning protection systems, reverse osmosis systems, electrical engineering, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, floor tiling, and engineered wood flooring systems.
We also provide excavation and demolition works, inter-atoll logistic management services, real estate rental services, and global sourcing and supply for projects across the Maldives. Our clients include resort developers, government institutions, contractors, and procurement teams who need a dependable multi-service partner.
Our Approach
Our Construction Division began operations as a general works contractor in 2010. Over the years, the division has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experience in design-and-build solutions, project management services, building trades, and related engineering works.
Today, we take on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and perform project management services to coordinate specialist trades for industrial and commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
